Appearance
Wesley's true appearance is an almagamation of man and machine. Instead, most of his organs with the exception of his brain are placed in separate parts in tanks, connected to the mainframe of his lair. His body, mainly a husk of a torso and arms other than his head and brain, is withered and completely fused to the machinery around him. His brain is exposed but protected by a glass dome, with circuits and cables emerging from his brain that connect through to his computers.
He uses a robot connected to his conciousness in order to be able to do any external business with the Hearth without having to leave. The robots are proportioned like an average person, and usually have an animated face on the screen, projecting Wesley's voice when he speaks.
Personality
What happens when you give an incel powers. More machine than man, and likes it that way. Wants to get rid of the rest of his furmanity (I hate this word I have no better word) as he thinks it's holding him back. Wants to be the world's greatest machine and basically create a new world order with him and his tech at the top. Definitely dreams of dystopian settings and surveillance states (because he's the one surveilling). A genius ahead of his time, genuinely has ideas that would make the world a better place but his heart isn't in the right place exactly. Obviously. Hates himself deeply and projects onto others.
Story
Wes grew up in the Iron Pit probably. Was he the one that ruined it? I haven't decided. But he smuggled in modern tech and gave it to a lot of kids but they still found him weird. Was not liked growing up but he was also an asshole to others. He's basically just a tragedy of his own doing. Like, maybe he caused a "flood" that almost killed everyone but also nearly killed him in the process. But he kept himself alive and eventually developed the AURANET. Eventually Ambrose found him after he was going cuckoo crazy about Elysia more or less. Said "i'll give you whatever you want if you work for me" and you know the drill. Eventually developed an intelligent AI known as MARSTAR (aka Mari's conciousness uploaded onto a system) and had armies of robots developed by life energy and whatnot.
Abilities
Wesley has advanced techno-kinesis powers, being able to manipulate technology with his mind. He also has electric-attuned energy, being able to send and collect energy through his creation of the AURANET. The AURANET, a computer network that is able to connect to other computers around the world, is a new technological advancement in the world of computers and has quickly caught on around the world. Any computer that connects to it, Wesley is able to manipulate the tech and even destroy it. Wesley can also project his consciousness into any computer that's connected on-line. He can easily infect other computers with the his energy, he often calls it the Aura Virus.
Not only is he an expert with computers, but he is able to build things simply with his mind. He's created hundreds of robots, using the Life Core of a woman named Mari in order to fuel the advanced AI that powers them. These robots usually do most of his bidding, but when he himself is needed for various affairs of the Hearth, he sends his special proxy robot.
